Shipping carriers and tracking numbers will be updated via PayPal when your item(s) have shipped.

  • All prices are given in Canadian dollars
  • We accept Cash, Master Card, VISA, and PayPal for in-store and telephone orders
  • All website orders are processed through PayPal's secure checkout system

Do you accept returns?

Yes, as long as the merchandise is in its original condition, it can be returned for a refund or exchange. Merchandise that has been personalized or customized with your logo or specifications, unfortunately, cannot be returned. FISHNTECH offers a "no-hassle" return policy. If the item was purchased in the store or online, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days from the purchase date, all merchandise that is covered by the manufacturer's warranty should be returned to the manufacturer or its authorized service center. Items not covered by manufacturer's warranty may be returned (with proof of purchase) on an inspection basis only. Note: Merchandise covered by manufacturer's warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.

The majority of in-stock items will be shipped within 48 hours (excludes weekends and holidays).

 Standard delivery is automatically determined based on your order shipping best method by one of the following carriers: Canada Post, USPS, Canpar, Dicom, Purolator. Standard delivery time for packages shipped via ground service is 3–6 business days, 7–10 business days for the United States if shipped from Canada. Some restrictions may apply.  For standard shipping charges, please refer to the grid below.

  • Some items require an additional shipping charge due to size, weight, or quantity ordered. These charges will usually be indicated on the product page; If not, you will receive an email requesting extra shipping charges at which point you may decide if you would like to receive a refund for your purchases.

In addition to the care that FISHNTECH Inc. takes directly, we are also working with all of our partner organizations that may at some point handle personal information gathered by us in the course of their relationship with and service to us. Each third-party partner has agreed to meet our standards of privacy, confidentiality, and security.
