Cannon snap insulator used in Cannon Short Stop systems. This part is needed to correctly operate your Cannon electric downrigger.

Short-Stop

When retrieving a weight, electric downriggers automatically stop it at the water line to eliminate cable strain and prevent it from hitting the hull.
