Description

The TS-DSS3-TS-Combo is built with high quality aluminum alloy and is black powder coated. It is designed for a trolling motor installation of the Lowrance® Total Scan transducer #000-12568-001, the Lowrance® HDS Live Active Imaging 2-in-1 transducer #000-14490-001 or the Lowrance® HDS Live Active Imaging 3-in-1 transducer #000-14489-001. The sleek hydrodynamic design will cut through the water for less drag, reduces collection of debris, keeps the transducer positioned correctly and will not interfere with the transducer signal. This item is not recommended for the Lowrance® Structure Scan 3D transducer on a trolling motor because this transducer would also need a 2D transducer. We do not offer a Transducer Shield® to accommodate two transducers.

The TS-DSS3-TS-Combo includes two stainless steel black powder coated straps and the appropriate finishing “ram” and/or “strip” required to fit MinnKota® and Motorguide® trolling motors that are 24v 74 lb and up. If the installation is for a MinnKota® or Motorguide® trolling motor that is between 43 and 70 lb thrust, additional components will be required due to the size of the transducer and length of the trolling motor housing. If you plan to install one of the transducers on a jack plate, hole shot plate or set back use the Transducer Shield® TS-DSS3-TS. If you plan to install one of the transducers on the transom use the Spring Back Bracket SBB-5 and the Armor Plate AP-TS-SS2-3.

Please note that when the transducer is attached to a set back, hole shot plate or the side of a jackplate, it will not track the bottom when up on plane because the transducer is out of the water. For bottom reading on plane, a transducer inside the hull will be required.
