The SSC-3 is built with high quality aluminum alloy and is black powder coated. The sleek hydrodynamic design reduces collection of debris, keeps the transducer positioned correctly and will not interfere with the transducer signal.
The SSC-3 is designed to fit Humminbird® transom style transducers XNT 9 20 T or XNT 14 20 T for trolling motor installation only. It is not necessary to replace your transducer if the transducer “knuckle” is broken off. Easy do-it-yourself step by step installation instructions included. One strap/hose clamp is required to attach the SSC-3 to the trolling motor - consider our heavy duty stainless steel black powder coated strap item HDTS-B.
Please note that the SSC-3 is not designed for transom installation. For transom installattions use the Spring Back Bracket #SBB-5 or Armor Plate #AP-HUM.
