FullTime Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative

We are a leading marine electronics retailer and custom boat installation specialist serving customers across Canada. From our Hawkesbury, Ontario location we operate our in-person retail showroom, our online store as well as our installation service center.

Our work includes outfitting fishing boats with sonar systems, transducers, electric trolling motors, downriggers, batteries and full power-management solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering expert guidance, reliable products and exceptional customer support for recreational and professional anglers and boating enthusiasts.

We are seeking a full-time, fully bilingual Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. While prior experience in this field is an asset, it is not required as we are prepared to provide on the job training. This role involves supporting customers online, by phone and in person as well as coordinating with our installation team for custom boat projects.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized and above all a team player. Other qualifications include strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience with general computer applications, online ordering systems and basic troubleshooting.
